The following highlights summarise the most important points in these Terms and Conditions. They do not replace the full text — please read every clause carefully.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "You") and ci99 ("We", "Us", or "the Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the ci99 website, or using any ci99 service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ci99 platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the ci99 platform, including visitors who browse without an account and registered players who deposit and play. Access to certain features, including the ability to deposit funds and participate in games, requires a registered ci99 account and acceptance of these Terms. ci99 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use ci99 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. ci99 reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to meet any eligibility requirement may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals associated with a non-compliant account.

• ✓You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities in your jurisdiction.
• ✓You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have been previously banned from the ci99 platform.
• ✓You must be acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any other person, entity, or organisation.

To access ci99's real-money games and services, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide a valid mobile phone number (which becomes your primary login identifier), a password, and confirmation of your eligibility. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered ci99 account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. ci99 employs automated systems to detect duplicate account activity.

• aYou are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your mobile number and password.
• bYou must notify ci99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your login credentials have been compromised.
• cci99 will never ask you for your full password, your OTP code, or your mobile wallet PIN via any channel including live chat, email, or phone.
• dAccounts must be registered in your own name. Registering an account on behalf of another person or using a false identity is strictly prohibited.

ci99 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through approved Bangladesh mobile wallet services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ci99 does not accept deposits via international credit cards, bank wire transfers, or cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit specified by ci99, though your mobile wallet provider may impose its own transaction limits.

Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet used for deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements being satisfied. ci99 aims to process approved withdrawals within five (5) business minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions. In exceptional circumstances processing may take longer, and ci99 reserves the right to request identity or source-of-funds documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawals linked to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be processed until those requirements have been fulfilled.

• iAll deposit and withdrawal requests must originate from a mobile wallet registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are not permitted.
• iici99 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are outside ci99's control.
• iiici99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including a national ID) before processing any withdrawal above a threshold amount determined at ci99's discretion.
• ivDeposits credited to a ci99 account as a result of a technical error will not be recognised as valid funds. ci99 reserves the right to reverse any erroneous credit at any time.

ci99 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional offers to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum cashout limits. These offer-specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.

ci99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, the terms of that specific offer will remain applicable for the duration stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be converted to real funds through completion of the applicable wagering requirements.

• ✓Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per mobile wallet number, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• ✓Bonuses may only be used for eligible games as specified in the offer terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• ✓ci99 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if fraudulent, collusive, or abusive play is detected in connection with the bonus.
• ✓ci99 is under no obligation to notify players of the expiry of a bonus period. It is the player's responsibility to track applicable time limits stated in each offer's terms.

ci99 is committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment for all players. All games available on ci99 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by regulated third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The following activities constitute a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities. ci99 employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor all activity on the platform in real time.

• ✗Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• ✗Colluding with other players, staff members, or third parties to exploit games, bonuses, or promotions in a manner not intended by ci99.
• ✗Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent payment activities, or depositing funds derived from any illegal source.
• ✗Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform's software to obtain credits, winnings, or other benefits not legitimately earned.
• ✗Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point during your use of ci99.

ci99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ci99 reasonably believes that: (a) the account holder has breached any of these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, collusive, or abusive purposes; (c) the account holder fails to meet or maintain the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 2; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the ci99 platform or to other players.

Players may close their own ci99 account voluntarily at any time by contacting ci99 support. Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet converted) will be refunded to your registered mobile wallet following completion of applicable verification checks. Account closure requests are processed within three (3) business days.

ci99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ci99 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, transmit, or create derivative works from any ci99 content without the prior written consent of ci99. Any unauthorised use of ci99 intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ci99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ci99 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if ci99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. ci99's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ci99 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors or interruptions, or that game outcomes will meet any particular expectation. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ci99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures, network outages, or force majeure events beyond ci99's reasonable control.

ci99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering a ci99 account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out in detail what data ci99 collects, how it is used, how long it is retained, and your rights in relation to that data.

ci99 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party service providers (such as payment processors and game studios) is limited to what is strictly necessary for the provision of the ci99 service and is governed by data processing agreements that impose equivalent data protection obligations on those third parties.

ci99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
